We work to many different standards, as do Funerals Directors and Stone Masons and we follow guidelines and best practise wherever possible.
The Charter for the Bereaved is produced by the Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Management (ICCM ). Administration and members of the public can be assured that an authority or company that has adopted the Charter is committed to providing excellent service designed to meet their needs.

ICCM
Under the Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Management (ICCM) we currently meet the gold standard for our cremation service and the silver for our outdoors. Once we have built our new Children remembrance garden, we then meet the Gold standard.
Federation of British Cremation Authorities (FBCA).
The Federation of Burial and Cremation Authorities (FBCA) provides services to the owners and operators of cemeteries and crematoria across the whole of the UK.
